RED RAMBO RADISH

Vibrant purple hue and a mildly spicy taste are the trademarks of this beautiful radish microgreen. These delicate purple plants add a crisp, peppery flavor without overpowering the palate.

Uses: Great on Burgers, sandwiches and Stir Fries

MIZUNA

Also known as a Japanese Spider Mustard,  this green has been cultivated since ancient times and is reminiscent of Arugula’s peppery bite but without the bitter aftertaste.

Uses: Salads, stir fries, and noodle bowls.

SPICY MIX

Our new spicy mix is a blend of Red Stem Radish, Mizuna, and Red Russian Kale. The Radish and Kale add a beautiful red and purple hue to the mix, while also providing a strong, peppery flavor.

Uses: Everything!

Sunflower Shoots

These baby versions of the well beloved sunflower are crunchy, nutty, and green in flavor. Since Sun shoots are more substantial than some other microgreen varieties, they add a nice texture to salads, on top of avocado toast, or in a wrap. They are also perfect for juicing, and contain high amounts of vitamins A, C, and E.

Uses: Salads, wraps, stir fries, or juicing.

Pea Shoots

Sweet pea flavor, paired with a tender leaf and stem. Pea shoots hold up well to light sauteing, and are excellent as a side dish, or added into a stir fry or noodle dish.

Uses: Salads, noodle dishes, or sauteed with butter and garlic.

Cantaloupe

A combination of cucumber and melon flavor that ends on a slightly floral note. Cantaloupe microgreens have a crunchy, slightly rough texture that adds a nice contrast to sandwiches, wraps, and even a yogurt and fruit parfait.

Uses: Fruit or greens salad, wraps, sandwiches, or paired with yogurt and granola.

RAINBOW SPICY MIX

A delightful combination of Red Rambo Radish, Mizuna (Japanese Spider Mustard), and Broccoli. This mix is excellent on burgers, wraps, in salads, and any dish that benefits from an extra pop of color and flavor. Guaranteed to make your meal look like it came straight from a gourmet restaurant!

Uses: Everything!
