Arugula
Strong & spicy bite with a pleasant bitter note. This is a customer favorite.
Nutrients: High in vitamins C and E, and antioxidants
Uses: Add to wraps, sandwiches, burgers, salad mixes, and more.
BROCCOLI
These tiny, green, superfoods have a mild broccoli flavor and add light crunch to any dish. All the health benefits without the bulk of their full grown counterparts. This is our most popular variety
Nutrients: Great source of Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc
Uses: Try sprinkling a handful on a salad mix, pasta, rice or added into a smoothie.
RED STEMMED RADISH
Vibrant reddish pink stems and a mildly spicy taste are the trademarks of this beautiful radish microgreen. These delicate plants add a crisp, peppery flavor without overpowering the palate.
Nutrients: Vitamins A, C, E, K, Copper, Folate
Uses: Great on Burgers, sandwiches, salads, and stir fries
Sunflower Shoots
These baby versions of the well beloved sunflower are crunchy, nutty, and green in flavor. Being more substantial they add a nice texture to salads, on top of avocado toast, or in a wrap.
Nutrients: High amounts of vitamins A, C, and E.
Uses: Salads, wraps, stir fries, or juicing.
MIZUNA
Also known as a Japanese Spider Mustard, this green has been cultivated since ancient times and is reminiscent of Arugula’s peppery bite but without the bitter aftertaste.
Nutrients: Vitamin K, A, C and Antioxidants
Uses: Salads, stir fries, and noodle bowls.
PAK-CHOI CABBAGE
Commonly known as baby bok-choy cabbage. Pac-Choi has a mild almost sweet flavor followed up with a hint of pepper. It pairs well with almost any savory combination

Uses: Salads, sandwiches, wraps, noodle dishes, stir frys
Cantaloupe
A combination of cucumber and melon flavor that ends on a slightly floral note. Cantaloupe microgreens have a crunchy, slightly rough texture
Nutrients: Vitamins A, B, C, E, Magnesium, Calcium
Uses: Fruit or greens salad, paired with yogurt and granola.
SPICY MIX
Our new spicy mix is a blend of Red Stem Radish, Mizuna, and Red Russian Kale. The Radish and Kale add a beautiful red and purple hue to the mix, while also providing a strong, peppery flavor.
Uses: Everything!
Pea Shoots
Sweet pea flavor, paired with a tender leaf and stem. Pea shoots hold up well to light sauteing and heat.
Nutrients: Vitamins C, K, Potassium, Folate
Uses: Salads, noodle dishes, or sauteed with butter and garlic.
BULLS BLOOD BEETS
Tender with earthy spinach-like flavor. These brilliant red microgreens amp up any dish they are in and provide wonderful eye candy.

RED RUSSIAN KALE
